Adidas have unveiled a striking clothing collection that will be worn by the star names at this year’s US Open and it is an extension of their eye-catching range that was unveiled at Wimbledon last month.
Alexander Zverev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Felix Auger-Aliassime, Grigor Dimitrov, Jessica Pegula, and Elina Svitolina are among the players who are on the Adidas roster and they will be handed the chance to be a leading part of the marketing push for the company’s The New York, Beyond the Baseline, and The Classics Collections.
Each draws on defining moments from Adidas’ sporting and cultural history and celebrates the evolving relationship between tennis, fashion, and self-expression in sport, whilst incorporating technologies designed to support athletes performing at the highest level. With performance at its core, CLIMACOOL technology features across all three collections, helping to support cool, dry, and distraction-free movement.
The unique ‘tablet’ design that was used on the Adidas clothing range used at Wimbledon caught the eye, with Auger-Aliassime and Zverev enjoying long runs at the All England Club that showcased their innovative clothing range.
Auger-Aliassime played out the match of the tournament as he was beaten by Novak Djokovic in an epic match played out over five hours and 15 minutes, while Zverev took his white Adidas kit to the biggest audience possible as he went all the way to the Wimbledon final against Jannik Sinner.

Zverev lost that match against the world No 1 and he will be hoping to go one better at the US Open, where he will be wearing a pastel pink version of the shirt he wore at Wimbledon.
“You need to feel good on court and not worry about anything other than the tennis,” Zverev told Tennis365 in an exclusive interview.
“I’ve been with Adidas for a long time now, so they know what I like. For me, it’s not just about what the outfit looks like, but more about the fit and the feel of the material they use.
“You do have more say in what clothes you wear as you rise up the ranking. We have conversations all the time about what I like. We need to wear tennis clothes all the time, so when I go to a press conference or when I’m on the practice court, we can wear something different, so we have a collection.”
The 22-piece Adidas New York Collection designed for both men and women takes inspiration from the bold spirit of 1990s New York City, drawing influence from the era’s nightlife, fashion, and sporting culture.
Designed in a palette of white, distilled pink and maroon, the collection introduces satin and lace fabrication alongside expressive silhouettes including cut-outs, oversized tees, and bubble skirts.
Key pieces include the CLIMACOOL Lace Crop T-Shirt and Dress Pro, both featuring rose lace detailing inspired by the iconic lace bodysuit worn by the legendary Florence Griffith Joyner, known as ‘Flo Jo.’, who embodied a golden era where sport and fashion converged, helping shape a new era of athletic expression.
